7. I was in the lobby when the hotel's computer system went down for a brief period and while it didn't affect me I was impressed how the front desk handled other guests with great aplomb.

8. My opinion of Baltimore could have been so negative based on first impressions at the 'other' hotel, but after moving over to this hotel, I was truly able to experience Baltimore at it's best and I thank everyone at the IC Hotel Baltimore Harbor, for making this the best trip ever.
