1. The front desk (Robert and Jessica), the Explorer Lounge (Cameron and Ashleigh) and the lifeguard (Johnny) were like family, helping us whenever we asked for it.

3. we spent a weekend in Baltimore with a group and had excellent help from the concierge, robert in planning restaurant reservations, transportation and any last minute detail.
