1. There were only a few patrons seated at 9:30am, so being overworked was not the reason for their absence.

4. The only negative thing to report (and my reason for 4 stars instead of five) was that when we got to our room after checking in, the room key would not work, and we had to go back downstairs to get them reprogrammed.
