9. Just got back from Harrahs in las Vegas, was there for 2 nights, it started off really bad, waited in line for 30 mins, just got up to the counter and the whole system went down, 30 mins later we finally got a room , i had paid for an upgrade to strip view, got to the room and was looking out at a wall and top of the building vents, back down to get a new room, another 15 mins and got a room overlooking the pool and a 20% view of the strip on an angle, save your money don't upgrade , so i am told strip view means that you have a tunnel view of a portion of the strip , Got tickets to see legends ( this was a pretty good show and worth the money ) when i tried to purchase them i was told to use the room charge ticket they had given me, only to find out when they checked me in they did not complete the authorization process so i could not charge the tickets to my room, not a big deal but the only way to get the buy one get one deal was to charge the tickets to my room , another trip to the front desk and 20 mins later success, so all in all it took about 2 hrs to get in to the room and settled .
