4. The service given by the check in staff was very impressive, the room was spacious and everything we wanted in a base to go and explore the strip.

5. What is the worst? the parking experience, which is all the same throughout all the hotels in Las Vegas, and I can't understand why the management at these properties can't realize that this is the first and last impression at their properties for us the clients, and this cause a bad taste even before we get inside the hotel.

6. what impresses me the most is all of the employees are very cordial and are always happy to take care of all your needs and questions, sometimes you go places and by their attitude you are obviously bothering the employees.
