8. First of all when I arrivedvat valet, there was no attendent or help with bags, took a few mins for a bland attendent to arrive, no welcome to harrahs or hows it going? Check in was long and took 30 mins.

10. The staff were all very helpful and efficient (bell staff, waitress, check in associates) The situation with the air conditioning, as others have commented on was a bit inconvenient, but I can understand they need to do what they can to keep the costs down.
