1. The only reason it is so affordable, is because it is a little more dated than it's flashy neighbours, and smaller.

9. I do not know anything about Harrah's rooms that are cheaper than the Deluxe ones, but I would recommend not to go with these rooms if you can afford the Deluxe rooms.
