We also dined Michael Mina's Nobhill Tavern at the MGM Grand which was superb (fall tasting menu at $45 per head, a bargain), Wolfgang Puck's Postrio (restaurant, not cafe) at the Venetian which was pleasant but nothing special and the SW Steakhouse at the Wynn which was truly exceptional (remortgage to pay the bill - astronomical.

We tried Japonais (great happy hour appetizers,drinks and light dinner fro two); Onda (complimentary wine tasting, pre fixe dinner with friends before Love -- excellent); Kokomo (seafood salad and lobster bisque - heavenly); Cravings buffet for breakfast and brunch (very satisfying); Carnegie (NYC sandwiches - ok); BLT burgers (wonderful salmon burger).
