1. The reason for the low rating is simple: This hotel does not remove the drinking glasses placed in the guestrooms.

9. 99 if we wanted 24 hours and be linked to our room's HD TV which I felt reasonable but they also wanted $13 fo 24 hours connection (per devise) if we'd brought our own smart phone or laptop :( come on guys - this is the 21st Century or are times really that bad?.
