3. Housekeeping actually called our room 4 times a day to find out if we wanted service, and the front desk called at least twice a day to ask us to come down and get our welcome package.

4. If you did not want to attend a time share presentation then you just ignored the welcome package and the messages on the phone.

Please bear in mind for those outside the US that this is a time share property, thus many people coming and going to see 'presentations' - and we received 3 separate telephone messages encouraging us to pick up 'our welcome gift' and to 'inquire about a vacation plan' which was annoying given we were fully paid guests and HHonors Diamond VIPs.

8. Unless a busload of people showed up as I got on the elevator, I don't believe the manager was too busy to apologize for the welcome present in my bthroom or see about someone coming to fix a light over the course of three days.
