1. 5 miles, much of it in a pretty sketchy area, past Circus Circus (that place is creepy) and 'Slots of fun' arcade, then past boarded up construction sites much of the way.

4. I've been to Vegas many times and have had plenty of fun staying in the heart of the strip with the lights and fanfare.

9. We had a fantastic night at Downtown Las Vegas and would definitely recommend it - it was great fun and a totally different experience to the main casinos.

10. The only complaint we had was that there should be pools for families with children (screaming little hellions whacking me with noodles and splashing my cocktail in the jacuzzi at 9PM at night is not my idea of fun) AND a pool for adults who don't have children.
