1. This could be a wonderful hotel - reception is poor - waited 30 mins to check in - staff uninterested- room was not available until 3pm.

2. The major problems are a lack of cleanliness (there were cookie crumbs all over the armrest of the sofa in our room, which made us wonder about the rest), a strong chemical smell in the hallways at all times, and the complete lack of amenities in the room.
