3. 2 bed suite I'd say was excellent value for money, but as noted several times its a 1 bed suite with a 1 bed studio next door / adjoining entrance set of doors.

10. This room easily costs over $500 elsewhere but at Palms Place you can rent it for mid $200 during the weekend which is by itself, an excellent deal.
