2. The Palms Place itself is pretty stylish but has few amenities or services; it's mostly just an add-on to the Palms, but is close enough to the main hotel to be convenient to go back and forth.

7. Food was good and there is a nice bar off the lobby The hotel pool area and general public areas are very nice and despite my criticisms i would recommend staying here if the price were right, though it is more convenient to be on the strip.

It's worth all lauding it gets- Quiet building, its a good reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the adjacent Palms Casino and the rest of the din on the Strip- SkyTube makes getting to the Palms Casino and clubs VERY convenient; there are moving walkways, keeps you out of the blistering sun and there is music playing everywhere.
