7. As these rooms are privately owned there were many maintainence issues that were not taken care of like a cracked marble tile in the bathroom that allowed lots of silverfish into the otherwise pristine room.

8. We did have some difficulty with our room (electrical) nand the front desk didn't seem to care too much so I asked for a change of room which turned out to be fine.
