1. Every contact with a resort staff person, no matter their position, was most pleasant; this is clearly the result of training from the highest levels.

7. Back to the positives there is a heated pool and jacuzzi, fitness suite all open till 11pm, check out is at noon, there's free wifi and the price is unbelievable.

9. First the positives Rooms are a great size and are very clean , desert rose is right behind the Tropicana so handy for the strip etc.
