I would thank all the staff including maintenance for making this holiday, the desk organised for the adaptations and removal of some furniture in the room by the maintenance staff, even fitted toilet roll to drop-down bar and supplied hand wipes and shower chair, everyone was polite and helpful even finding us seats for breakfast and the Concierge [Carey Smith] organised tickets and seating for the shows so I could watch from my wheelchair.
