1. The location is perfect if you want to be close enough to the action (5-7 minute walk) but also far enough away from the noise.

5. I have only 2 complaints (not everything is perfect) - the hide-a-bed mattress was super uncomfortable; my nephew never got a good nights' sleep; and the work-out room had no weights and the equipment seemed a little bit too used.
