1. They chirp like crazy at sunrise(approx 4:55 am) and sunset(around 6:45 pm) But it only lasts a few minutes then they quiet down again.

3. There were a few adults without kids sitting by the pool that apparently were annoyed by the sounds of children having fun and complained so all the kids were told to get out of the pool and sit on the side quietly.
