1. The pool water is cold in February and the sun goes down early but I imagine it's better in the hotter months.

7. I understand the rooms in other buildings are more rundown, but the whole property is apparently undergoing renovation, starting with Lagoon tower, so I expect it will get better.

8. Expect luggage to take 1-2 hours to arrive at room, but thats way better than trying to lug it there yourself.
