5. Upon complaining my issues were dealt with (it has to be said) great professionalism and the internet charges were waived as compensation.

6. Pros: staff is very courteous and professional throughout the resort, nice upkeep in the resort, beautiful grounds, Hawaii tropical plants and paradise abound, as well as waterfalls everywhere, great pool areas, lots of beachfront activiites.

This resort hotel has almost everything you need for a Hawaiian experience: location and setting, an appreciation of esthetics, a magical and safe water experience for children, a professional staff, including terrific concierge service, some interesting food, and a good starting point for the volcano experience.
