1. The room was generally nice but the bathroom was a bit small.

2. We are generally not Hilton devotees, and usually choose more luxury category hotels, but this property is really special, especially for our kids.

3. In general, my feeling was that the room needed updating - especially the bathroom area, lighting, and internet.

4. The room itself was clean and they did a decent job of restocking towels and toiletries daily, though the housekeeping service often came early, and if my husband and I hadn't left the room they would generally just ask if we needed anything as opposed to offering to return at a later time (IMO, if you're coming by before noon then you can come back after noon).

5. In general, we walked everywhere because it is healthier, but if you're of limited mobility, this could get very annoying very quickly.

9. The place was built to host large conventions in its many high-rise towers, but such gatherings are rare in Hawaii and generally Honolulu-based.
