1. Today, I was greeted by a young lady at the Courtyard Austin-University Area who was pleasant but not solicitious, friendly but not gushy, helpful but not pushy.

8. The location on the frontage road would not be my first choice, however the hotel was extremely clean and well-managed, and my room was above-average comfortable, with good quality bedding, pleasant decor, plenty of thick towels, and quiet and manageable air temperature system.
