1. The room was right next to the freeway and it sounded like we were standing in front of traffic.

3. Now the good: The staff, Lauren and Fiona at the Front desk were always cheerful and always helpful to guests, they made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel, the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, even at 6:30 in the morning Melissa was cheerful and very attentive.
