1. Now the good: The staff, Lauren and Fiona at the Front desk were always cheerful and always helpful to guests, they made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel, the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, even at 6:30 in the morning Melissa was cheerful and very attentive.

8. Kind of a rogue Courtyard property - hasn't taken on the recent system-wide remodel with the new decor, bistro, and color schemes - but good, decent-sized rooms, walls not too thin, old-style Courtyard restaurant and breakfast.

10. There's no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms which was a little annoying and both times I was there the pool and jacuzzi were closed for repairs but it's a decent hotel at a pretty good price for the Austin area.
