1. The breakfast cook, valet, shuttle drivers, the man that delievered my room service and the male night desk clerks were all very helpful and courteous.

4. This would have been helpful to know the night prior, maybe? We would have been able to shower the night before rather than having to spend the rest of the day traveling without showering.
