6. Here's a tip: Join Omni Select Guest (rewards program -- free, easy to do at check-in if you aren't already a member) and get free WiFi, pressing for a couple of garments, and bottled water.

9. What could it possibly cost to provide free internet to your customers? Not a lot, I am certain, and certainly not $10 per day, per room.

10. If you belong to their loyalty program Internet acces is free and you also receive complimentary morning beverage along with a free copy of your preferred newspaper, USA Today, Wallstreet Journal or the local Austin paper.
