1. When I first drove up the valet was fairly slow to attention and had to be prompted for everything.

2. The hotel itself is decent and attempts to pay attention to details, it is clean, the rooms are fine - they do lack adequate lighting however.

3. Every staff member bent over backwards for us---front desk who allowed us to choose between two different rooms, breakfast waitperson who was so nice/attentive---she actually mixed some granola into my raisin bran to give it crunch.

4. He was even attentive enough to realize we didn't like one of the drinks and brought us a new complimentary one + continuously went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant(I believe his name was John).
