1. You are welcomed and made to feel special from start to end, the smiles are infectious and being in the wonderful lobby lounge, sitting on the magical Trio patio or lying by the pool, you feel at home, comfortable and relaxed.

Before we even arrived concierge Stephane had provided us with itinerary suggestions on what we could see and do in Austin, including experiencing the local music scene Upon arrival Peggy had arranged for a beautiful balcony room with a view of Lady Bird Lake for us as well as a special welcome treat.
