1. There is free sunscreen available if you forgot yours, and a big bin of floaties so you can hang in the pool.

5. One thing I wish is that the internet would be free - I had free internet through the conference I was attending, and it was quick and reliable, but I think for the prices charged by this hotel, it should be free to all guests.

10. Regarding the ACL Festival Weekend, they provided a shuttle to the festival free of charge, and everyone on the shuttle was great fun.
