5. Whether it was the cool and casually elegant lobby, or the clubby bar (where we often saw team coaches and officials from Spain's team), to our quiet and comfortable room (with a view of the lake) with its luxurious and soothing bedding, it was great to relax here.

6. I won't go into detail but when the manager came to the room next door to ask them to quiet down, the guests in that room decided they would argue and fight with the manager and hotel security.

8. This was a vast improvement in quiet--I heard not a peep for the remainder of our stay--but it is ridiculous that I should have to pay for a (bland, uninspired) suite I had no intention of spending any time in just so I could sleep decently.

9. Although I had specifically asked for a quiet room, we were near an elevator, and the people hooting and hollering of drunk people coming back to their rooms after midnight kept me up.
