This was our first trip to NYC and I had done a lot of investigating before booking The Hotel is in a superb location, smack bang in the Middle of Times Square yes I agree with all other reviewers it is Old and dated but it's kept very clean, and I found the staff friendly we paid extra for a delux Room and were given 705 on the 7th Floor, Check in was painless and the security factor of having to show your key card before accessing the lifts ws an added bonus.
