9. please please Portofino management, can you request late check ins to be mindful of the time and ask for noise levels to be kept low? In most hotels/apartments I have been to there have been notices around to this effect, but couldn't see anything of this nature.

10. We visited Disneyland about 2 years ago, and stayed at the Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, and again was very pleased with the quality of the room and the service.
