1. We would have moved to another hotel except we were attending a huge conference and everything within walking distance was booked solid.

2. The kids suite and the king suite are the same except the kids suite had bunk beds where the king bed would have been.

4. He was right-it wasn't except for occasional plumbing noises, cleaning ladies, etc during day-normal noises.

5. Now for something positive - except for the one glich or communication break down we had, the service was very good and the staff very friendly.

6. They were nice, but they did nothing to help the situation except to say it was an issue beyond their control and what could I expect them to do? Well I politely informed them I expected them to assist us in acquiring a room rate at the amount they already obligated us to paying and hold themselves to the same agreement we were being held to.

7. The upgraded room was okay overall with exception to the fact that the shower handle was loose and the hot/cold temperture gauge was unaligned and we could hardly get any cool water which made it a challenge to take a comfortable shower without being burnt.

8. I might have been okay with these conditions for the night if I was able to open the sliding door to our patio EXCEPT, I couldn`t because I had seen an enormous 2 inch roach on our patio (which looked like it had wings) earlier as we were unloading our bags.
