4. The only positives that I can speek to are that the staff is very friendly and nice, and you are close to both Disney and Knotts Berry Farm, but I think you can find both at a better over-all property.

9. The locale does not provide any sort of view, but if you are positioned on the right side of the building, you can probably see the Disney fireworks.
