3. twice i complained of the noise level but it didnt seem to matter it seemed generally other guests really dont give a damn i would advise that maybe your staff should stay the night on the ground level and have a family above them and then maybe they would understand.

10. If you do choose to eat out you must go to Aztecas, the adjacent Mexican Restaurant that caters for all tastes, although it is predominantly a Mexican/ US cuisine, you can go for just a drink & it does have a generous Happy Hour.
