1. Throughout my stay anytime I walked around the property within the hotel, it consisted of a warm greeting by all staff members which made it a very welcoming environment.

8. My husband and I arrived at our room to find chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and I thought this was a wonderful surprise but unfortunately for us the additions were meant for another guest named on the welcome card.
