1. She helped me plan my days both in Albuquerque (suggesting the best jewelry stores, lunch restaurants, museums etc) and in Santa Fe, where I went for a day trip.

5. For us, the best part of the stay was the staff, everyone we encountered from the housekeeping staff to the management went out of thier way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

I normally stay at a more budget type hotel(best Western) and was kind of surprised that there was no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, but maybe that is the way the higher caliber hotels go? They did say that they would bring a coffee maker up if I wanted one, but I passed and just got coffee at the 7-11 a block away every morning.
