1. The front desk is always very friendly and makes checking in and out a breeze.

2. a fee here a fee there, there's an additional 10$ a day fee to use the internet, $5 run of the mill bottle water, and it may say they are pet friendly on the website, but what they don't mention is there is an additional $75 NON refundable fee for pets.
