3. As a regular guest at a Park Hyatt in Washington DC I was pleasantly surprised that the standard here was almost as good (it is only a Regency, after all - a better wine list and bathrobes would have been great).

5. I was also disappointed that at that price internet was not complimentary when other hotels very close by offer complimentary internet and cheaper parking and much better service.
