We mentioned this to the front desk person both mornings after and when checking out, and the response for was pretty similar to how the General Manager that has responded to other TA reviews here, basically 'We`re glad to have you as a guest, we value your business, we`re sorry you had a problem and there is NOTHING we are going to do about it for you.

6. I informed this young lady that I did not believe it was my responsibility to speak to their ISP and could I speak to whomever in the hotel handles their internet issues.
