1. Other reviewer's experiences seem to be vary, so it seems like some rooms are better upgraded than others and likewise who is on staff for cook/housekeeping that day may vary.

5. Originally, we wanted to stay only 2 nights at a slightly higher rate, but we decided to stay 2 more nights and the manager in service was kind enough to apply the better rate towards entire 4 nights, which we appreciated a lot.

6. There was a free breakfast which was average, but much better than the typical continental breakfasts (hash browns, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit).

7. Things weren't made better as the complimentary shuttle has to be booked 24hrs prior and there are no complimentary drinks and snacks on Sunday.
