1. Other reviewer's experiences seem to be vary, so it seems like some rooms are better upgraded than others and likewise who is on staff for cook/housekeeping that day may vary.

2. I have never seen a manager mingle with the guest and make sure everyone was taken care like Trish did.

3. We went out to lunch at the Range and when we came back Trish (the manager at check in) asked how our lunch was and if we needed anything she even addressed us by name, which made us feel like we were special.

4. King room booked was almost like a mini-suite with a large settee, work desk with two chairs and plenty of electrical outlets and lights around the room.
