1. Rooms are clean and at first glance look nice from the fairly recent renovations but the popcorn ceiling remains and the beds are very hard and the pillows thin and flimsy.

Back in June I found a live bed bug cant remember the exact room number being that I dealt with this situation in the past and have a friend that is an exterminator and has always told me to examine all HOTEL room's,the room initially was very nice and very clean started removing the sheet's and moved mattress low and behold I found a bed bug on top of the box spring just remember if there is one guaranteed there are plenty of more.
