4. Very small, but they had renovated the bathroom with new granite tile floor, tub surround and toilet.

5. Hot wire was very helpful and we rebooked and went one star higher in our choices and yes we had to pay a bit more and pay for parking at our new hotel but it was totally worth it and was in a much better location to fisherman's wharf and transit and we slept better knowing that we weren't being exposed to some bio hazard in our room.

6. The owner did offer to put up a new shower curtain that they had in the back and I wanted to ask her why they hadn't replaced them when they knew how disgusting they were but i just wanted to get my family out of there.
