4. Hot wire was very helpful and we rebooked and went one star higher in our choices and yes we had to pay a bit more and pay for parking at our new hotel but it was totally worth it and was in a much better location to fisherman's wharf and transit and we slept better knowing that we weren't being exposed to some bio hazard in our room.

5. We asked to see another room which wasn't much better and still mold in bathroom and part of the A/C came off in my hand when i lifted the flap to see if it works.

6. first room had just been bombed with air freshener and there was a 6 inch deep layer of mold along the bottom of the shower curtain and the tub didn't look much better.

7. The breakfast was in the 'lobby' - cramped and confined and right beside the front desk - we didn't try it - better to go down the street and grab something.
