3. Hot wire was very helpful and we rebooked and went one star higher in our choices and yes we had to pay a bit more and pay for parking at our new hotel but it was totally worth it and was in a much better location to fisherman's wharf and transit and we slept better knowing that we weren't being exposed to some bio hazard in our room.
