1. Chestnut Street is a main entertainment area just one block down with several coffee/bakery/shops and a great little bar called The Campus bar with a comfortable atmosphere and really cold beer.

3. Good place to stay if all you're doing is sleeping there as the location is good, beds were comfortable, showers worked, and good TV, but the place is on the dingy side.

4. Overall it was decent for the price since everything else in San Fran is more expensive but if you are looking to have a comfortable stay you may want to spend a bit more $$$.
