And for what it is, and it never claimed to be more, I think some unreasonabe reviewers on here just expected it to be more, for what it is, it is very, very acceptable and pleasant, combined with the agreeable price, you cannot find a better affordable hotel in downtown SF than the Taylor Hotel San Francisco.

5. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was close to theaters on Geary (a block away) and went to a show Saturday night before going to Castro.
