5. There's a great little cafe on the corner - Honey Honey, which is very affordable, fast and nice with great food and a nice little neighborhood bar on the corner as well.

7. And what`s great the rooms have a small microwave and fridge in every room so IF you walk to Trader Joe`s you have a place to keep your groceries AND heat up food (another bonus to staying at the Taylor).
